12 Day Cape Town, Sabi Sands & Victoria Falls Classic Safari
Explore the magic of Southern Africa with this classic yet amazing 12 day safari experience. The tour includes Cape Town with its charming beauty, from the bustling Victoria & Alfred Waterfront to the European slice of Africa - Cape Winelands.
After Cape Town you fly directly to one of the most prestigious game reserves (if not the best game reserve in Africa) to see Africa's Big Five up-close in the company of experienced safari guide where you spend 4 days / 3 nights in a luxury lodge including all meals and two safari activities per/day. Depending on flights, you might spend one night in Johannesburg or Pretoria and then the tour ends after a 4 days visit to the enchanting Victoria Falls with all its adventurous activities including a guided visit to the Falls.

Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - 5: Waterfront - Cape Town
Upon arrival at at Cape Town International Airport you will be met by your driver and you will be transferred to your hotel at the V & A waterfront in the heart of Cape Town .
Cape Town is considered to be one of the most beautiful and scenic cities in world. Explore Cape of the good hope nature reserve, ascend the Table Mountain or visit Cape winelands. You can also visit the whale watching city of Hermanus (in season only). Cape Town offers various dining and shopping spots. There is no dull moment in Cape Town.

Luxury Room - Bed & Breakfast
Day 5 - 8: Sabi Sands, Kruger National Park
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Cape Town Airport for your flight to the Kruger National Park where you will be transferred to Mala Mala game reserve.
The lodge offers a big five safari within a large private & exclusive section of the Kruger National Park. The Sabi Sands Game Reserve is known for amazing leopard and big cats sightings. Your ranger will do what it takes to show you why Sabi Sands is known for one of the best wildlife experiences on the planet.
Luxury Room - All meals & 2 game drives per/day
** Depending on flights and your preference, you might spend one night in Johannesburg after your Sabi Sands Safari.
Day 8/9 - 12: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Transfer from Sabi Sands and depending on flight schedules spend 1 night in Johannesburg to fly to Livingstone, Zambia where you will be transferred to the Zimbabwean side of the falls on the following day.
You will arrive at your lodge / hotel to check in and relax before your sundowner cruise on the Zambezi River for a magical sunset with drinks.
On day 10, you will visit the falls on a guided tour and your afternoon will be free
Enjoy dinner at the Boma restaurant with an unforgettable African-themed dinner & drum show!
On day 11, you have the opportunity to embark on a full day safari to Botswana’s Chobe National Park (one hour drive from Victoria Falls).
Standard Room – Bed & Breakfast
Day 12: After breakfast, you will be transferred to Victoria Falls or Livingstone airport for your flight to Johannesburg.
End of itinerary
** This tour could be an 11 day tour without the one night in Johannesburg after the Kruger Park safari, depending on flight schedules to Livingstone or Victoria Falls.
** Speak to our safari experts and we can arrange the same tour with less expensive accommodation for you to save!
What to pack:
- Comfortable light clothing for summer months, including a swimming costume.
- A very warm jacket for game drives during winter – conditions can be chilly!
- Walking shoes and socks.
- Sunhat, sunglasses and sunscreen (the African sun is harsh for the unprotected body).
- Camera and plenty of film/ memory space.

The Knowledge of the tracker (Donald) and our guide (Helen) was exceptional and they ensured we were able to see everything. We seen leopards, cheetahs and lions. You stop for a morning coffee out in the bush and sundowners in the evening, this was also excellently organised. The rooms are absolutely stunning with the biggest mini bar I’ve ever seen. The drink options are fantastic. Super comfortable rooms and luxurious. Food was superb. Each evening there was a different location for dinner excellently curated by the team at the hotel, with food prepared to a very high standard. We also used the gym facilities which were great. The service and operational standards at this hotel are exceptional. I would 100% stay at this lodge again it was such an incredible experience

From the vanilla scented towels, to the delicious food, exciting game drives and phenomenal staff, our stay at Shiduli was magical from the second we arrived and lives in our hearts long after we left.
Your helpful staff greeted us as we arrived and and were with us every step of the way... literally. We were escorted to our private villa by Gary, who my children absolutely adored. Richard, in the bar was on form and Gogo Dorris had faith that we would see lions... which we did.
Thandy and Karen were friendly, professional and made us feel like old friends. We will definitely be back and will bring our friends and family so they can share in this beautiful gem.
