The Knowledge of the tracker (Donald) and our guide (Helen) was exceptional and they ensured we were able to see everything. We seen leopards, cheetahs and lions. You stop for a morning coffee out in the bush and sundowners in the evening, this was also excellently organised. The rooms are absolutely stunning with the biggest mini bar I’ve ever seen. The drink options are fantastic. Super comfortable rooms and luxurious. Food was superb. Each evening there was a different location for dinner excellently curated by the team at the hotel, with food prepared to a very high standard. We also used the gym facilities which were great. The service and operational standards at this hotel are exceptional. I would 100% stay at this lodge again it was such an incredible experience

What a memorable stay.
Our experience was perfect from start to finish. Booking the experience through Andy set the tone for the stress-free bush experience.
From the vanilla scented towels, to the delicious food, exciting game drives and phenomenal staff, our stay at Shiduli was magical from the second we arrived and lives in our hearts long after we left.
Your helpful staff greeted us as we arrived and and were with us every step of the way... literally. We were escorted to our private villa by Gary, who my children absolutely adored. Richard, in the bar was on form and Gogo Dorris had faith that we would see lions... which we did.
Thandy and Karen were friendly, professional and made us feel like old friends. We will definitely be back and will bring our friends and family so they can share in this beautiful gem.

4 Day Timeless Kruger Park Experience
Day 1
Today you depart from Johannesburg's OR Tambo Airport to either Skukuza or Hoedspruit Airport. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your camp for check-in.
In the late afternoon, you will head out with your guide and tracker for an afternoon game drive through the reserve in search of wildlife including the Big 5. Savour the rich smells of the bush, hear the shrill calls of the Magpie Shrike and see the wind blowing through the feather grass dotting the savannah plains. Arrive back at the lodge in time to freshen up before enjoying a sumptuous dinner.
Day 2 -3
An early morning wake up call starts the day, followed by a freshly brewed cup of tea or coffee and rusks before setting off on a morning game drive.
The cooler morning temperatures mean that the game in the reserve is often more active, and the softer light makes for incredible photographs. Guests will enjoy some of Kruger’s most spectacular landscapes and an extraordinary variety of wildlife, birdlife, and plant life within the Mluwati Concession, ensuring that each safari experience is unique.
Return to the lodge for breakfast, after which you will have time to relax by the pool and read a good book, or enjoy views of the Nwaswitsontso River from your own private deck.
Later in the afternoon, you will head out on your afternoon game drive, which may continue beyond dusk, and return back to the lodge to enjoy dinner and some reminiscing about the day’s sightings.
Day 4: Depart Hamiltons to Johannesburg
After one final game drive and a warm heartening breakfast, you bid farewell to the African bush as you transfer back to the airport in time to catch your flight back to Johannesburg's OR Tambo Airport. Here, you will connect with your onward travel arrangements.
Dine as you would have in the 1900s. Hamiltons Tented Camp ensures, whatever the occasion, meals are a classy affair. From fine crystal wine glasses to pewter silver water jugs, revel in the dining traditions of old in spectacular bushveld surroundings.
Butlers dressed in traditional colonial uniforms anticipate your every need. Dine on deck in relaxed surroundings or enjoy a bush picnic. The choice is yours!
Homemade baked goods and local specialties are served in beautiful surroundings; the sounds of the bush providing the accompaniment you need for a memorable dining experience.
From champagne breakfasts to High Tea with a delicious selection of cakes and pastries baked freshly at the lodge, even the most discerning foodie will adore Hamiltons international and African flavours.
- Comfortable light clothing for summer months, including a swimming costume.
- A very warm jacket for game drives during winter – conditions can be chilly!
